Data Deletion Instructions

Jacked Dad Training uses Meta's API to manage content on our Instagram and Facebook accounts. This page explains what data we access and how to request its deletion.

What Data We Access

Our app accesses the following data through Meta's API:

• Instagram business account content (posts, reels, stories)
• Facebook Page content and publishing permissions
• Account metadata required for publishing (account ID, page ID)

We do not collect, store, or share personal data from third-party users. This app is used solely to manage Jacked Dad Training's own social media accounts.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of any data associated with your interaction with Jacked Dad Training through Meta's platforms, contact us directly:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.

Revoking App Access

You can revoke this app's access to your Meta accounts at any time through your Facebook or Instagram settings:

• Facebook: Settings and Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites
• Instagram: Settings > Security > Apps and Websites

Revoking access immediately removes the app's ability to access your account data.
